This included leading strategy workshops to define project goals, collaborating with designers to create visually appealing and user-friendly designs, and managing the development phase to ensure projects met the highest standards. I worked on platform developments for clients like Elia and Sporty, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery. Additionally, I set up email automation campaigns for Nivea, streamlining their marketing efforts and enhancing campaign effectiveness

As a Junior Management Consultant at Boondoggle, I contributed to the success of our digital projects while gaining valuable experience in consulting. In addition to my role as a digital junior consultant, I had the unique opportunity to lead a consultancy project focused on enhancing the agency's project management practices. This involved analyzing existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and researching new methodologies and tools to streamline and optimize our approach. The insights and recommendations from my report helped to refine and improve the efficiency of project management within the agency.
