As a service assistant, my duties consist of answering questions and inquiries from our temp workers and customers both via email and telephone.

I also spend a lot of time in administrative and adhoc tasks, since in a company like Moment, where busyness is a key word in everyday life, you have to be able to have many balls in the air, and most importantly, make sure that they is seized again.

I have also, when necessary, helped out as a recruitment assistant, where I have had employment interviews over the phone.

My job consists of preparing meetings for our salespeople and finding the necessary information about a customer before a meeting. I also assist our meeting bookers in finding leads and potential new customers.

In my years at IC Companys, I have respectively spent 3.5 years in the department in Fields and one year in Companys Original at Strøget.

Especially during my time at Fields, I have been assigned a lot of responsibility, and in addition to sales on the floor, I have been responsible for major administrative tasks, and had main responsibility for a brand, which involved replenishment and merchandising of the brand in question.

For three months I was also at IC Company's head office in their IT department where I sat as a tester for a new computer and checkout system. The period here, when I sat and found errors and shortcomings in the new system, made me a super user, which is why I was assigned tasks that were normally outside my area of ​​responsibility when the system was ready to be launched in the stores.
