- Work on high volume “RAMP” recruiting responsible for 113 hires. Assisted in filling 108% capacity in Phoenix and 90% in Chandler.   
- Work on BAU book of business responsible for 17 hires. 
- Direct contact with hiring managers in setting interviews, candidate feedback, assisting in extending offers.

Senior Recruiter with Trugreen (Dec 2018-Jun 2019)
- Oversaw team of 4, decided allocation of resources over 17 branches. Recruited in Chicago region hiring for sales positions.
- Direct contact with hiring managers to discuss needs, consultant on strategies for delivery. 
- Oversaw submittal tracker, nightly audits to ensure accuracy of recruitment activity. 
- Lead trainings on different mediums of recruiting in Smashfly, Facebook, etc..

   *      Assisted in launching new Goldwater website at beginning of term.

   *      Worked with outside vendors on special projects (campus free speech campaign video)
   *      Recorded and interviewed lawyers for media related content
   *      Worked with multiple websites such as WordPress and Django
   *      Created email marketing campaigns through Mail Chimp

Communications Fellow (Internship)

Harkins Theatres

Assists the senior and general managers with overall operations of the theatre.  Performs day to day functions including weekly marketing responsibilities, supervising team leaders and team members, reconciliation of daily accounts, handling large quantities of money.  Assist with inventory and deliveries.  Uphold company standards with ordering supplies, managing projection equipment and schedule.

In charge of small teams throughout theater to make sure tasks are being completed to company standard of customer service. Providing leadership and direction to team members in specified areas, assisting managers in daily tasks.
