Accountable for managing the requested projects for the bank’s departments and regulatory projects. The major duties are defining scope to meet the owner needs, set and updating the project plan in coordination with all related staff, responsible of the cost estimation, providing the monthly financial and technical updates of any known issues/risks to the senior management, follow and control the implementation and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project, and organizing and facilitating project committees meeting.

Responsible to develop a new documentation structure to make sure that meet the PMO methodology and contains all required documents, set the internal policies and procedures with PMO manger to control all the activities and processes such as project request, requirements…etc., responsible for all communication coordination related to the PMO dept. with all department functions, assist the PM to generate new IT procedures to be appropriate with the new products, the PMO vision and Bank policy

PMO Coordinator& acting Project Manager 

Major duties are the following:
• Assist the PM in the review of Contractors’ quotations to ensure that fair and reasonable pricing is recommended for approval.
• Coordinate all relevant departments’ activities to ensure smooth flow.
• Review the efficiency and effectiveness of the delivered service.
• Monitor and coordinate with vendors such as Temenos company to resolve the outstanding issues on the new Core system.
• Cover for the Project Manager during absence.

PMO officer

- Provide support to the Business Applications’ users on queries and problems such as creating/deleting login accounts, fault diagnosis and 
rectification, providing technical advice, change of Authorities. 
- Adhere to the project change control system (mainly experience in 
T24 system). 
- Troubleshoot and monitor the failed transactions from the Business 
Application Systems in order to resolve the outstanding issues. 
- Understand and analyze business sectors new requirements to be
applied on the Core system, coordinate with the IT team to decide if it can be done internally or vendor support is needed. 
- Monitor with Vendors outstanding issues raised in Core system.

Application Support officer 

Umniah

Customer Care Agent:
Major responsibilities  are:
• Analyze what the customer says they want and need then tailor it to what Umniah offers.
• Troubleshoot and provide timely solutions of the customer queries, issue and ensure that the problem will not occur again.
•Attract potential clients by displaying and selling the products and services offered by Umniah. This needs buildinga genuine rapport with the potential clients.
• Provide quality customer service on every call.

Customer Care Representative and IT

- Assist customers to understand their work needs to facilitate choosing a theme for their website. 
- Plan and create a life cycle for the new website project based on the company’s resources. 
- Review specifications with the customer and deciding the end date of 
delivery. 
- Prepare Website initial design and receiving approval. 
- Responsible of the programmatic side of the project (codes and functions). 
- Using program languages such as VB.NET. 
- Test all functions of the website to be ready for delivery. 
- Assist customers and provide training if needed. 
- Follow up on customer’s satisfaction. 
- Update website functions when needed.
