I am a skilled and experienced Program professional who has worked through many project management disciplines. My experience ranges from working in many countries, such as the Pacific, Vietnam and Australia. Having worked in the different countries, I have gained a great appetite for change and driving outcomes in a well-disciplined and structured manner. I have led teams of people to deliver strategic outcomes for the projects I have worked on through my collaborative style of leadership where everyone’s view matters for the benefit of the project. During my career, I have setup Project Offices, which has put me in good stead to ensure that my projects are delivered following a tailored governance process. I have setup Project Offices in Business Units as well as for large and complex projects. I believe in a hands-on approach and lead my team through coaching and guiding. Hold a Masters in Project Management from University of South Australia and a Masters in Marketing Management from Central Queensland University.
