**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and deliver engaging training modules on electric vehicle technology, including EV components, charging infrastructure, and maintenance.
- Design and facilitate hands-on workshops to enhance understanding of EV systems and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with industry experts to stay updated on the latest EV trends and best practices.
- Provide guidance on EV safety protocols, driving techniques, and energy efficiency.
- Create educational materials such as manuals, presentations, and online resources.
- Conduct assessments and certifications to ensure proficiency in EV operation and maintenance.
- Offer ongoing support to trainees, answering questions and providing guidance post-training.
- Organize EV events, webinars, and demonstrations to promote awareness and adoption.
- Stay abreast of government incentives and regulations related to electric vehicles, sharing updates with trainees.

**Qualifications:**

- Strong background in electric vehicle technology, with hands-on experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical information.
- Proven experience in developing training programs and materials.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for promoting sustainable practices.
- Certified EV Trainer by NSDC
