- Owning product strategy & roadmap, driving user adoption, and optimizing for retention for company’s leading eLearning platform (Thriversity web & app)
- Architecting and leading the development of Thriversity's Partner Portal - a comprehensive reporting suite for clients to assess learner performance, manage users, and drive engagement using nudges
- Liaising with cross-functional teams and managing end-to-end integrations seamlessly (SSO, LTI, and JWT)

Driving Learning Experiences:
- Personalized Learning Paths: Leading the development of an AI-powered recommendation engine that curates personalized learning paths for each user, maximizing engagement and optimizing skill development
- “thriveBOT” evolution: Having single-handedly launched thriveBOT (a bot trained on our custom dataset for reinforcement learning) in 2023, I lead its evolution, analyzing user interactions to develop new features and enhance user support & learning outcomes

Beyond User Experience:
- Internal Automations: Led the successful skill-mapping of Thriversity, creating a standardized and efficient system for content allocation for learners
- Building Tech Courses: Collaborating with the content team, acting as a SME in building and developing tech-focused courses for our platform

Collaboration & Technical Expertise:
- Led the integration of our product with over 20 clients through SSO, LTI, and JWT-based authentication, enabling seamless access and reporting

- Proposed a new kind of assessment based on Bloom’s taxonomy, which can be used to measure the ‘real-life’ learning impact
- Came up with independent modules which can be ensembled in any way and can be used to automate the assessment scoring

- Led a complete overhaul of 'mPOS', a global payment app serving 300,000+ touchpoints across diverse businesses & sectors, including Amazon, BigBasket, Reliance Digital, & government institutions
