Co-founder of an employee resource group that focuses on diversity and inclusion in the company.

Served as the primary client communications and relationship contact associated with a lease administration services engagement. Responsibilities include all aspects of oral client communications, meetings, inquiries, etc. via telephone communications or other oral and/or video devices and maintenance of a high level of client satisfaction associated with a lease administration service program. Additionally, monitored the performance of the offshore based back-office support operations and report any irregularities to the CS Manager.

Client Services Analyst

Lease administration for multiple clients from a variety of business areas. Responsibilities include lease review and abstraction, rent file creation, monthly reporting and billing, contribution to quarterly business reviews and analysis, and KPI review and analysis.

Lease Analyst

Full lease portfolio management for a large retail client (T-Mobile USA). Responsibilities include lease accounting and reconciliation; production and review of estoppels and subordination and non-disclosure agreements; lease abstraction and auditing; insurance compliance tasks and weekly reporting to management. Identified over $50K in cost savings and avoidance in less than one year. Also assisted on other client accounts whenever needed.

DashBurst

Wrote a wide variety of articles for publication on the web and promoted them via various social media channels. Utilized techniques to encourage audience engagement and user traffic.

Freelance Blogger

Vocollect Healthcare Systems, Inc.

Provided internal and external customer support to customers, vendors/partners, training staff, and sales staff. Created sales quotes upon request. Utilized Oracle E-Business Suite for order management, billing and logistics tasks. Used Salesforce.com for customer record management. Provided RMA process backup support. Produced budget reports and served as the purchaser for all department spending and supplies.
