𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗺𝗲 (below ⬇) I work as a Research Funding Advisor & Science Manager since 2005, in both national & international research funding opportunities - 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 700 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 30M€. Writing strategic content as 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 and transversal content from Responsible Research & Innovation (like 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗘𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗰𝘀, 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗰𝘆, 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁) are my fields of specialization. I have worked with public and private Research Performing Organizations, such as Universities, Research Centres, non-for-profit Associations. I helped set up two Research Support Departments. I currently work as Senior EU Consultant at Impact Funding Europe. As a researcher, I have a PhD in Work Psychology from the University of Porto. Currently, I'm interested in Research Management, Open Science, Responsible Research and Innovation. Besides participating in conferences as an invited speaker on these themes, I’m also conducting projects as Principal Investigator and working as an evaluator for EARMA – European Association for Research Managers and Administrators, where I was, from August 2021 to September 2022, member of the Board. I have strong experience in aligning research ideas with the strategic European agendas, making a solid search of "proposal intelligence", articulated with policy analysis, white papers, position papers, etc. I'm a certified & experienced trainer in subjects as Science Management, Proposal Writing, Open Science, Responsible Research and Innovation, Research Integrity and Ethics. I am a people person and love to help others accomplish their own goals. Excellent planning and communications skills, fluent in both English and French, capable of adapting to new environments and challenges. I am a team player with strong leadership.
