My responsibilities included managing the end-to-end sales process, from order processing to delivery, and ensuring that clients received exactly what they requested. This required meticulous attention to detail and effective communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external partners.

By excelling in this role, I not only met clients' expectations but also built long-lasting relationships based on trust and reliability. Through my dedication and commitment to meeting sales targets, I played a crucial role in driving the success of Dell Panama's Retail and Distribution operations.
