Set up of SBM Offshore in Portugal (Porto). Without previous presence in the Country, I've coordinated and supported, first as an external consultant and then as employee, the implementation of the Company in Portugal. 
Under this project, there were launched in Portugal 2 new Business Areas: an Operations Regional Headquarter and a Corporate and Business Solutions Center.
First, I've coordinated the necessary steps to create a new legal entity in Portugal, as well as I've selected the providers and services needed to start operating the Company (Insurances, Payroll, Company Car, Legal support, relocation, Communication, Office permisses, Recruitment,...).
Then the focus was on the fulfillment of an ambitious recruitment plan (May/22 to Dec/24 = 300 employees), including the onboarding plan that would allow to wellcome a big number of newcomers arriving at the same time, ensuring the needed working conditions were there for them.
As Country General Manager & HR Manager I was responsible for internal and external communication , ensuring local compliance, as well as ensuring the appropriate deplyment of HR policies & procedures.

Part of Nestlé Global Business Services (NGBS), NBS Lisbon is one of Nestlé Share Service Centers  worldwide, providinf sevices at globalscale, eith main focus in Western Europe.
In an multicultural environment, with more then 30 nationalities and 12 functional languages, main responsabilities were: 
- Center Setup (0 to 400 employees from 05/2017 to 04/2019)
- Define and implement Center HR strategy, with focus on sourcing strategy (including relocation program for foreigners); set up of onboarding and functional onboarding; embed company corporate principles in the new organization; develop leadership team and skills; define and implement engagement initiatives.

Define and implement business HR strategy for Nespresso Portugal and Nespresso Spain with focus on the expansion plan, develop motivation and retention tools Salary Policy, Incentive Plans, consolidation of performance evaluation and development processes.

- Define/implement local HR strategy and policies, with focus on Organisational design, recruitment plan, training plan, performance evaluation, salary review, young graduates, budget and reporting, services (canteen, cleaning, security, …)

My Experience: 
As a Human Resources Manager I have a professional path filled with variety of experiences in multinational companies in different sectors (FMCG, Industry, Retail, Services). Throughout my career I was able to experience different cycles of a company, from the start-up of a new company, to growth and consolidation, restructuring, business recovery.
Strong transversal knowledge in all HR functional areas, designing and managing projects related to the full employee journey and experience, from attracting talent and employer branding, onboarding and development, to positive offboarding management. Always  being part of the management team of the Business, leading HR teams in close interaction and collaboration with the different leadership levels in the organisation.
