As a substitute for Madison County Schools I manage classroom discipline, execute lesson plans or create lesson plans as needed using differentiated learning and co-operative learning systems. I ensure that the class runs as smoothly as possible and produce a warm friendly environment for the students grow and thrive.

I was a represtentative for the Community Partner for FAST - Families And Schools Together. It was a great opportunity to build better relationships with students and their parents to build a better community.

Assist teachers, students and GEAR UP supervisor as needed with individual lesson planning, activities and trips.

I smoothly organized and ran a public debate between Rand Paul and Trey Grayson for The State wide Senatorial Race. Including making arrangements and coordianting for Moderator, Candiates, Venue, security measures, media invitations and notifications, welcome packaging, volunteer direction and coordinating with local High School JROTC for flag ceremony.
All parties were very please with results.

Access 24

Access 24 was a telephone answering service that was responsible for handling calls ranging from emergency calls for doctors from patients and hospitals, maintenance calls for building emergencies at all hours, to appointment scheduling for various clients.

I am an experienced teacher with a passion to assist students and adults reach their goals. I demonstrate this with my history of working in the education industry. I am adept in Lesson Planning, Educational Technology, On-Line Learning, Classroom Management, Differentiated Instruction, and Curriculum Development. Strong education professional with a Masters of Arts in Teaching focused in Middle School Science and Social Studies from Eastern Kentucky University.
