This role is an individual contributor role, and is responsible for expansion of the Group's market share by performing all Business Development activities,  specifically in bringing in new businesses for Outsourced Business Services (OBS) which comprises of the following service lines:-

HR & Payroll services;

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Identify and optimize opportunities for business growth and development within the relevant business 
    lines to ensure continued success and expansion of the business.
2. To develop, expand and build feeder network and effective relationships to maximize opportunities for 
   cross referrals and local/regional development.
3. Solution selling. Identify and uncover clients' needs, concerns and objectives.
4. Develop proposals that addresses clients' needs, concerns and objectives.
5. Contribute to marketing & though leadership activities.
6. Create development plans for large client accounts.
7. Provide market feedback regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate development 
    ideas.
8. Use knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling 
    propositions and differentiators.
9. Enhance existing relationships.
10. Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
11. Lead the coordination and presentation of multi-jurisdictional sales proposals to international clients.
12. Identify and coordinate cross-selling opportunities from a large, global client bank of existing clients.
