•	Drafted, vetted and negotiated various international as well as domestic agreements including 
        joint venture agreements, shareholding and share subscription agreements, term sheets, 
        Teaming Agreements and Technical Alliance Agreements for supplies to Ministry of Defence, 
        purchase and import agreements, product license agreements, engineering services 
        agreements, supply agreements with various inland and international parties, Loan agreements, 
        Channel financing agreements with banks, body building contracts for commercial vehicles, 
        MOUs, LOIs, AMCs etc.
•	Registration of patents, trademarks, trade names and copyrights and file oppositions etc. 
        (interim period).
•	Handled arbitration proceedings and civil and criminal litigations across India including cases 
        before Supreme Court and various High Courts.
•	Advised various subsidiaries of Tata Motors on legal issues.
•	Briefed Counsels and Senior Advocates on several high-stake matters.

         infrastructure sharing agreement, various kinds of service agreements and sale agreements.
•	Managed civil and criminal litigations, consumer disputes in High Court, district courts, 
        consumer fora etc. 
•	Handled regulatory issues, liaised with government departments such as Department of 
        Telecom, Telecom Regulatory Authority of India, respective state police.

•	Handled litigations in respect of theft of electricity before the Special Courts under the 
        Electricity Act, 2003. Prosecuted persons identified indulging in theft of electricity before the 
        Special Courts under the Electricity Act, 2003. 
•	Reviewed and improved processes for inspections and raids in respect theft of electricity.
•	Trained officers on obtaining and preservation of evidence during inspections and raids to 
        detect theft of electricity.
•	Co-ordinated and liaised with Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (DERC) and police 
        authorities on issues and cases related to theft of electricity.

•	Worked as a Junior Lawyer with Sabharwal & Associates in the chambers of Mr. Jagmohan 
         Sabharwal, Senior Advocate and Mr. Rajan Sabharwal, Advocate. Extensively trained as a 
         litigating lawyer in practice and procedures of the High Court of Delhi.
•	Worked with Lawyer’s Inc., (Managing Partner, Mr. Rajeev Agarwal) as a Senior Associate. I got 
        extensive exposure in litigation and drafting of lawsuits and petitions. Argued cases in various 
        courts and tribunals and led evidence in trials. Briefed Senior Advocates and assisted them 
        during arguments, trials, and negotiations.
