Product Designer

A-Set Robotics

- Responsible for improving   technologies provided by a company in order to strengthen its position on the marketplace by performing research, developing innovations and completing projects on time.
- Research on properties of manufactured product, cost, material,components and methods of production along with cost cutting solutions for materials and prototyping.
- Developing 3D design model, and prototype using CAD software, and 3D printers or CNC machine for testing and presentation.
- Performing Simulation i.e. FEA Stress Analysis and performance tests for the end products to ensure functioning and safety of the product.
- Creating the Technical Drawings of Parts, Assembly and the complete Bill of Materials for manufacturing process.
- Provided detailed specifications for colour, texture and the overall appearance of final designs through rendering software.
- Travelling with Head of robotics and a team of 2-3 Researchers and attending site meeting with clients also to different universities to demonstrate and showcase the functioning of robots and Robotics.
