Hi there! My name is Rithesh and I'm a quirky and fun-loving entrepreneur with a passion for advertising. As the co-founder of Deepsense Digital, a digital Martech company, I've helped generate over 100 crore INR in revenue for our clients via digital advertising.

Deepsense Digital is widely regarded as one of the best advertising agencies in the industry, thanks to the combined efforts and leadership of the co-founding team. We offer a wide range of services, including digital marketing, branding, and design, and have helped numerous clients achieve success through our innovative and effective approach to advertising.

I believe in being humble and celebrating our successes as a team. I'm known for my candid and straightforward communication style, which has helped to foster trust and collaboration within my team at Deepsense Digital.

In addition to our impressive financial achievements, we've also earned over 35 awards for our innovative and effective approach to advertising. These awards recognize our talent for developing creative solutions to complex challenges, and our ability to bring out the best in our team.

When I'm not busy running Deepsense Digital and helping our team achieve success, I can be found traveling the world, trying new foods, or engaging in friendly competitions with my colleagues. Whether I'm brainstorming the next big idea or just enjoying a good laugh, I'm always at my best when I'm having fun.

I don’t post often. But this one is close to heart.

As a kid, I used to ask my mom to buy me a Classmate notebook, not for schoolwork, but for the trivia and puzzles at the back. She would smile and say, “nee vangura 10 mark ku, 10rs extra notebook lam kuduka mudiyathu.” (For scoring 10 marks, I can't pay 10rs more notebooks). Those notebooks always felt like a dream.

I grew up admiring Classmate ads during my schooling, Likho Kal Apna, You’re One of a Kind. Never thought one day I’d co-create one: Be Better Than Yourself and Enjoy Learning. 

Classmate was one of the first big accounts Deepsense ever got. I still remember when Geeth Kiran called us with a brief. We were just 6 people then. I nervously asked him who else was pitching, and he said 4 of the industry’s biggest giants.  For a moment, I just felt like a Bermuda team trying to take on India, Australia, England and South Africa. I told my co-founders Ashok Shanker and Rakesh R, “Anna, ithu velaiku agathu… tea kudustu povom.” (This isn't gonna work, let just drink tea and leave). 

But during the pitch, Alex Cherian (then brand manager) liked our energy and took a bet on us, handing over the complete digital presence of a ₹1500 crore brand to a 23-year-old, 24-year-old and his small team. That day changed everything.
From there, magic unfolded:

 – Launching the world’s first personalized AR notebook, design your own notebook with AI
 – Campaigns on Classmateshop, exam pressure, EduGames, and more

Every brief, Every campaign pushed us a step forward.
We’ve had the privilege of working with some of the best minds - Janani Kandaswamy’s passion, Vishnu Amancharla Sir’s brilliance, Kanishk Yadav belief, and today with Ayan Chaudhuri sirs vision, Anurag Gupta and the current team who continue to trust us. Through it all, one man stood by every crazy idea - Varun Ratnakaran. And a mention to Arjun Ranganath as well.
And last but not least - it’s my team. Arvindhraj Panneerselvam, Ravi Kumar S, Rajeswara Rajan M, Arjuna Rajendran, Arul parthiban V, Balaji Natarajan, Gokulnath KG, Akshaya Venkat, Sumaiya Ahmed, Anushka Ramesh, karthick kumar and everyone who has touched Classmate at Deepsense over the years Shreya M, Vignesh Nagarajan, Grace Mohandas, Varuna Raja, Janardhan Baskar, Kishore Kumar, Niranjanaadevi Somasundaram, Akaash Anandhakumar, Vaishnavi Jayaseelan, sherry wilson. And last night, at Adclub Madras Maddys '25, ITC Limited Classmate was awarded Brand of the Year (Digital).
For that boy who aspired to get a Classmate notebook, this feels full circle.

Nine years.
It still feels surreal to say that out loud.
When I, Ashok Shanker and Rakesh R started Deepsense Digital, it wasn’t built on big plans or perfect blueprints. It was built on curiosity, the kind that keeps you up at night wondering, “what if we try this differently?”
Over the years, we’ve felt it all- joy when things worked, fear when they didn’t, anger at failures, courage to rebuild, compassion for each other, and love for what we do. Every emotion shaped us, taught us, and reminded us why we began in the first place.
Nine years later, Deepsense isn’t just an marktech company anymore. It’s a collective of people who dream, argue, create, and grow together, who choose curiosity over comfort, every single day.
As we step into our tenth year, it’s not just another milestone. It’s a reminder that we’re still climbing, still questioning, still becoming.
