- Used JavaScript and React to develop, test, and deploy specialized messages targeted towards free Yahoo Mail users to communicate the benefits of upgrading to the Yahoo’s Mail Plus subscription service. The messages appear natively within the mail message list and open to a custom, responsive message view.

- Developed a new responsive web page using TypeScript, React, and Redux, to allow users to view and edit their diet profile.
- Implemented new search, add, and delete features to enable users to update the food restrictions on their profile in real time.
- Worked closely with lead designer and product lead to finalize feature designs and optimize user experience.

IBM iX

- Worked cross functionally between the design and development teams, product owners, and key stakeholders at a major consumer goods manufacturer to define and address business requirements and integration points for a React Native mobile application. Led the daily scrum with the development team and weekly story grooming with the client product owners. Led creation of UAT test plan. The app will be used by over 4000 employees to collect consumer engagement information and guide future decision making.
- Created over 100 pages of technical documentation detailing the processes for fine-tuning the algorithm parameters in a time series forecasting system at a national grocery retailer. The documents will guide demand planners nationwide in making the most efficient adjustments to over 40 different properties in order to improve the accuracy of the forecasting model.
- Built a dashboard using JavaScript, React, Node.js, and Express for IBM managers to view analytics on questions frequently asked by incoming new consultants.
