•	Led a church merger between Church at Charlotte and New Charlotte Church.

•	Launched a new partnership with a Charlotte Housing Authority community.
•	Spearheaded and oversaw a multi-national global church collaborative movement between China and Ethiopia.
•	Developed and trained volunteer leaders.
•	Integrated Outreach throughout all other departments of the organization.
