Go To Market: Ensuring the 100% growth of two software developer focused products, leveraging a GTM strategy that includes insights from buyer needs, analyst inquiries, sales feedback, and product roadmaps.  Driving direct plans to achieve the targets.

Messaging & Narrative:  Buyer centric messaging that surfaces the needs of the buyers in our market and how we can uniquely help solve for them in a way that no competitor can respond to.  Used market tested and customer validated messaging to help accelerate sales pipelines.

Acquisition:  PMM for the acquisition & integration of a company that helped accelerate our roadmap by 2 years.  Pricing, packaging, and positioning that includes the right value metric, the appropriate price point to sell, and the correct packaging for expansions and growth.

Analyst Strategy: Responsible for the product teams strategy in working with the major analysts in our space, for roadmap & GTM feedback, providing insight into the direction of our business, and working to position ourselves as leaders in the major analyst reports.

I leverage the SiriusDecisions frameworks to take a buyer first approach to every aspect of Product Marketing:   Go-To-Market Strategy, Cross-Functional launch processes, Buyer First Messaging and Narratives, Sales Enablement, and being an SME on all things IT/Cybersecurity!

My focus is always on implementing scalable processes and frameworks to help the organization grow.

Go-To-Market Strategy:  Working closely with Product Management to ensure that the decisions we make around Products and Portfolio are validated and backed by extensive market, customer, analyst, and prospect research.

Launch Processes:  A series of processes and structures for ensuring that our organization is Commercially, Technically, and Operationally ready for launch. My personal focus is on our business being Commercially ready, and leading teams in the other tracks of release.

Buyer & Market Insights:  Leveraging insights from existing customers, market surveys, analyst inquiries, and on-going buyer persona research ensures our organization has insights into the challenges our potential buyers face. 

Messaging & Narrative:  Mapping our portfolio to our buyer's challenges, and providing Marketing and Sales with the core messaging components to tell a cohesive story, helps accelerate the sales pipeline by ensuring we are targeting the right buyer with the right message.

Sales Enablement:  from pitch decks and datasheets, to webinars and product training, Sales Enablement is a core integration of my function at Thycotic.  Working closely with our training organization, product management, and demand generation to assist sales in being successful.

Bringing XO's Unified Communication portfolio of products to market with new product launches and enhancements, is the key focus of Solutions Marketing. Accomplished by working closely with the Sr Product Marketing Manager and VP of Marketing to deliver Go to Market Strategies, Launch Plans, Messaging / Narrative around the UC Portfolio, Sales Enablement tools, and being the SME for XO's UC portfolio in order to deliver internal training and external webinars. With cross functional support and organized communication, across all departments, developed an adapted SiriusDecisions framework to launching products at XO.

Served multiple hats including Product Marketing, Product Management, and Marketing Lead - reporting to the VP of Marketing.

Developed an inbound marketing engine for OneVoice including the redesign of a CMS based Website, email campaigns, sales enablement collateral, blogs, articles, and social media posts.  Integrated SEO best practices with a positive user experience to generate greater consumer engagement, leading to delivering OneVoice's first marketing generated opportunities to the sales team.

National Security Training Institute

Wore multiple hats for this government contracting startup, including: IT Admin, Training Coordinator, and Marketing Lead.

Product Marketing:  Crafted buyer persona messaging that increased awareness of government training classes, segmenting between government buyers and government contracting buyers.  Launched new courses into the market, with messaging, campaigns, and internal enablement.  

Computer Based Training Development:  Lead the contract for a government agency to develop a computer based training, SCORM Compliant, on classification management.  Developed the CBT myself in house, saving the company $100K+ in development costs.  Used for many years by various IC and DoD clients.

Re-branding:  Re-branded the company with a new logo, new design themes, new templates, new art, and new trade show booths.  

Events: Supported trade shows including the identification, registration, setup, attendance/support/booth work, and follow up marketing campaigns.

Social Media: Introduced the company to multiple Social Media outlets (twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook) with cross-platform marketing; an area not yet previously explored due to sensitive nature of government work.  

E-commerce:  Introduced e-commerce to the website, in order to accept class registrations online, greatly accelerating the speed of which classes were filled.  Implemented a CMS (Drupal) that allowed employees to make changes to themselves, as needed.

IT Support: Identified, purchased, and installed equipment upgrades to include a new server, switch, and firewall in order to improve the security and efficiency of the network.

Helped launch a brand new division of Lasership devoted to the distribution of AVON Products around Northern Virginia, Maryland, and D.C.  In charge of 15+ independent contractors, both staff and drivers.  Oversaw the finances, Profit/Loss, and commission payout.
