As part of the Marketing Operations leadership team, I manage six direct reports + three contractors in the creation and implementation of marketing assets. My focus areas include building and refining scalable processes, internal stakeholder collaboration, and professional development coaching. As a senior brand marketing coordinator, I worked with internal and external stakeholders to oversee all conversion activities. I influenced overall marketing strategy, developed and implemented effective marketing assets, and built relationships with our university partners. I developed marketing strategies for 12+ new product offerings, reaching over 120 countries and exceeding management targets.

As a brand marketing coordinator, I oversaw segmentation, testing, optimization, messaging, and design for email, webinar, and admissions communications for nine graduate programs. I supported Emerson College, The George Washington University, New York University, and Pepperdine University.

I created custom events for the Mount community through collaboration with talent agents, vendors, and university staff. 

As marketing manager, I was responsible for program branding and advertising/promotion. I also managed a team of graphic designers and social media specialists. 

As hiring manager, I hosted informational webinars, coordinated the application and interview process, and developed a mentorship program.
