Objective: Manage data for all uses (operational and analytical) to drive business processes and improve business outcomes through more effective decision making and enhanced customer experiences.

Responsible for concept design, strategic implementation and management of Precision's data fabric, data integration hub and analytics center of excellence [(PRISM)]; in partnership with Executive Leadership, IT and Enterprise Systems implement edge-to-cloud data fabric strategy to drive the use of data as a strategic asset for operational performance, commercial operations, enterprise health and institutional knowledge management;

- Research Analytics - Biopharma Market Surveillance (Opportunity/Competitive Landscape Assessment)
- Commercial Operations (Where to Play and How to Win): Account & Opportunity 360 Strategy: Conceptualize and Implement Lead Generation, Sales Cycle Management, Strategic Content Development Marketing Strategy; Develop new business opportunities through industry networking ; Expansion of Precision’s Site and Lab Network.
- Post Merger & Acquisitions Integration (Engagement and Process Optimization): Coordinate Post M&A Integration efforts maximizing synergies to ensure that the deal lives up to its predicted value.
- General Administration (Country Head): Implementation and Management of Canadian Affiliate - Advise of regional operating margin, expense management, pricing strategy, profitability, hiring and business risk assessment.
- Global R&D Tax Credit Program: Concept, Implementation and Strategic Leadership of PMG's Global R&D Tax Credit Program - overseeing PMG's R&D Tax Credit processes, and claims for Scientific and IT Research.
