🌟 A Day of Learning, Connections & Inspiration 🌟

Last Monday, I had the opportunity to attend the Defence Vendor Development Programme – and it turned out to be much more than just an event.

As I walked into the hall, surrounded by industry leaders and innovators, I felt both excited and curious. The sessions by senior leaders from HAL,  L&T, TATA, and other reputed companies were eye-opening. They didn’t just talk about processes – they shared their real-world experiences of building strong supply chains, overcoming challenges, and preparing for the future of the defence sector.

For me, the highlight was not only the knowledge shared on stage but also the conversations off-stage. I got a chance to connect with highly experienced professionals from our industry – people who’ve walked the path, faced the hurdles, and achieved remarkable milestones. Every interaction felt like a mini-masterclass in itself.

Walking out, I realized that events like these are not just about learning, but also about building relationships that can shape the future of businesses like ours.
