I’ve always had a passion for coding, going back to when I built my first program using the ROM-burned-in BASIC interpreter on my parents’ old 286 computer at the age of 13. No Windows, no Internet, just a desire to learn! A lot has changed on the technology front since 1991, but the passion for problem-solving using code has not. Since those humble beginnings, I have earned my BS in Computer Science and have worked on US Air Force and Joint Service projects ranging from IBM CS/1 assembly to React 18. One thing I absolutely love about this career path is that the learning never stops! While I currently have a job that I'm mostly happy with, I was looking for opportunities that will allow greater flexibility for my family's needs.
