I have over 20 years experience working in the NHS as a consultant psychiatrist. I worked in 2 large prisons as the prison psychiatrist and in community and acute mental health services. I developed and lead an Adult ADHD service for 12 years. I created and delivered a private mental health service. I have taken my years of mental health experience and leadership into the field of positive psychology and coaching. I am trained in acceptance and commitment therapy and positive psychology now work and work as a Positive Psychiatrist and coach utilising skills in positive psychology to deliver both 1:1 and group/organisational coaching and training. I also offer consultancy to organisations and health services.
