I am a UK qualified lawyer who has extensive IT, Telecommunications, Outsourcing and commercial experience. Throughout my career to date, I have operated for both large corporate organisations and for private/new start up SME’s largely within the Information Technology and Telecommunication sectors. I have operated across EMEA for both Customer and Supplier and in all roles have been responsible for a broad range of skill and knowledge based services over a variety of legal and commercial documentation that is entered into and responsible for the processes around preparing, supporting and closing negotiations and transactions, especially Information Technology and Data Management Arrangements, Outsourcing Services contracts, Managed Services and supporting Supply and Software, Hardware and System Integration Agreements.
