Primary Credit Risk responsibility for a portfolio of European and US clients, operating in Aerospace & Defence, Transportation and Logistics. Personal approval threshold of up to £100m. 

We covered a wide range of activity, including M&A, leveraged finance, equity financing, structured derivatives, lending, FX/Interest Rates and underwriting. I met clients, led transactions, analysed requests and worked alongside Front Office to structure solutions.

Industrials, Transportation and Logistics team, covering a portfolio of UK and Continental European clients.

Analyst - Credit Risk

After graduation, I joined the Corporate Bank in a rotational graduate programme. Two roles, one in Corporate Credit Risk (Europe & Middle East) and the other in Global Corporates Coverage, covering US clients in Europe. In the former, I wrote a bi-weekly economics overview for the European countries that we were covering, during the European Debt Crisis.

Finance internship at BT, one of the world's leading communications services companies. My project was a deep dive into their paper billing and delivery costs. During my internship, I personally identified and implemented £50k of cost savings.
