Was a member of the Executive team as Chief Operating Officer at Halfords Group and the Managing Director of Tredz Bikes (Tredz.co.uk).  Responsible for the Shops, Garages, Contact Centres and Halfords Mobile Experts.  He was previously the Chief Transformation Officer across the Group.

Currently open to new opportunities including permanent or interim/ contract.

Previously the Director of Transformation for O2 across the Consumer and SMB business. Also the Director of Sales Performance, Change and Operations.  Responsible for:
- Cross channel sales performance across all channels in Consumer and Enterprise
- O2 Supply Chain
- Sales (Omnichannel) transformation and planning
- Sales change, launch and delivery

Has been the Head of Stores (Retail) for all of O2.  Responsible for:
- trading/ commercial performance, people and customer experience across all our 460 O2 Stores (both franchise and company owned)

Previously the Head of Multichannel and Customer Experience for Sales and Service at O2.
Specifically, responsible for
- the multichannel/ omnichannel transformation of the UK business
- all digital and online change (across the portal, ecommerce and MyO2 app)
- the end to end customer experience across the different channels including voice, stores and digital/ online
- take to market activity across the channels for new products and propositions
- leading our Guru programme (for all Digital Gurus in Stores and through Remote Access)

Previously the lead Customer Experience and Transformation Director in Ernst & Young’s Advisory Services business and a key member of the leadership team that built the Customer Advisory practice of 60 people within 3 years.

14 years consulting experience across private and public sector business transformations.  Passionate about transforming business performance through improved customer experience and service whether in a B2B or B2C context.

Specific clients have been across multiple industries including:
- Financial services: London Stock Exchange, Lloyds TSB, Bank Of Ireland, Merrill Lynch
- Health: NHS Direct, NHS London, NPSA, National Pandemic Flu Service
- Utilities: Centrica (British Gas), Southern Water 
- Telecommunications & technology: Cable & Wireless, Xerox Global Services, Microsoft 
- Industrial products: Corus (Tata Steel), Linde (BOC Group)
