The Access to Justic Office(A2J) manages and develops court programs, judicial training, and initiatives that bolster the public’s trust in the judiciary.

The Access to Justice Office: 
Offers Procedural Fairness training to judicial branch stakeholders; equipping participants to build working relationships through common ground while acknowledging the perspective of each other. 
Staffs the Coalition for Court Access, Language Access Committee, Fairness Commission and other judicial access subcommittees. 
Manages the Language Access Program, which certifies court interpreters and distributes statewide grants, manages the ICLEO law school preparatory and scholarship program, and consults with other agencies/departments to ensure matters of judicial accessibility are considered in all OJA projects.

•	Review and research legal questions regarding disability claims. Compile electronically exhibit materials, witness lists, and litigation documents in preparation for the final stage of due process hearings in regards to claimant title 2 and/or 16 claims. 
•	Respond written and orally to basic correspondence via mail, electronic mail, phones, and ALJ requests regarding disability hearings.
•	Prepare and scrutinize Fee Petitions on behalf of the agency office involving attorney-client billing disparities. 
•	Prepare ALJ requested motions and responses to attorneys whom represent claimants.
