Engaged on a short term basis to undertake a review of operational and structural issues/concerns.

•	Conducted a full review of management and supervisory structures, working with administration, supervisory and production staff, identifying gaps and evaluating possible options to correct.
•	Developed an executive management structure, and operational management structure, presented to the Director for approval and then began the implementation process.
•	Instituted a specific set of meetings to address communications issues and feedback shortfalls, while implementing a performance audit process across each arm of the business.

Responsible for all facets of the business – over 50 employees.
•	Business Development Management; identified unbalanced sales profile, restructured sales team to open new markets; increased revenue by approximately 35% over 3 years.
•	Secured a large key client as part of the above strategy and performed the ongoing account management at executive level, secured the single largest contract in the company’s history.
•	Identified gaps in management structure, established an Advisory Board, and recruited an Operations Manager and Financial Controller.
•	Oversaw all marketing functions, driving a complete overhaul to refresh the marketing and branding.
•	Oversaw all recruitment for the company, focusing on employee performance, development and cultural fit, with a strong emphasis on a positive team environment.

Chief Executive Officer

•	Undertook a complete overhaul of staffing in key positions, addressing historically under-performing areas, securing new talent and building a structure to support improved performance and development.
•	Direct management of the production facility (30+ staff) and pre-production teams (6-8 staff).
•	Evaluation and implementation of numerous new software systems including project/team management tools, productivity management software and a new CAD/CAM software.
•	Performed book keeping and accounting functions.
•	Identified inefficiencies within the production facility and implemented process improvements to address them, including researching, evaluating and building business cases for machinery/equipment.
