As the Head of Partnerships at Uscreen.tv, I manage our Affiliate Partner Program, our Content Creator and Influencer Relations, as well as Brand/Software Partner Initiatives. This can include:

* Strategy for Affiliate Recruiting, Onboarding, Activation, and Retention
* Strategic Planning for Affiliate Channel Growth
* Product and Marketing Training for Affiliate Partners
* Community Building for Partners
* Budgeting, Planning, and Executing on Event and Conference Initiatives
* Collaborations with Influencer and Content Creator Partners (This can include podcast and livestream interviews, virtual summit presentations, speaking at and attending in-person conferences, and other collaboration opportunities)

I'm also the Co-Host of the Revenue Streams Show on TubeBuddy's "Creator's Corner" YouTube Channel, where we interview (along with my co-host Alex Montas) different content creators on how they've built their different streams of income. This can include conversations about Affiliate Marketing, Sponsorships and Brand Deals, Coaching, Consulting, Online Courses, Memberships, and many other various Revenue Streams.

On a monthly basis, I'm also crafting a newsletter for our Affiliate Partners, to ensure that they are up-to-date on promotions and campaigns that we are launching. This usually includes a personalized video from me, for all of our Affiliate Partners.

Just wrapped an inspiring week in Los Angeles 🌴

The Adobe Express (thank you to Liz Schmidt and crew!) team brought us together—and truly rolled out the red carpet. I’m incredibly grateful to be one of their ambassadors and to be invited to this experience. Every detail, from the programming to the people, felt intentional. It reminded me how far Adobe is going—not just in product innovation—but in how they show up for creators.

Big highlight? Seeing Johnny Harris speak live. I’ve followed his work for years and consider him one of the best storytellers of our generation. Also, James Gunn, Mark Rober, and so many other creative giants in one place? Wild.

Wrapped up a few amazing days in London by co-hosting a dinner with Rachel Healy with some of the awesome folks from the London Uscreen community. Huge thank-you to everyone who came out — it was great connecting again in person! 🇬🇧

Everyone now has access to the same AI tools, templates, and editing shortcuts. The playing field is level. What separates the great creators from everyone else isn’t who can use the tools — it’s who can say something that actually matters.

When you copy what’s trending, you blend in. But when you bring your own perspective, your story, your lived experience — that’s when people stop scrolling.

That’s what creates connection.

Think about your favorite creators. They didn’t blow up because they followed trends — they built movements.

Jimmy Donaldson didn’t just make videos; he redefined what generosity looks like on YouTube.

Ali Abdaal didn’t just talk about productivity; he made it personal, sharing his journey as a doctor turned creator.

That’s the difference between chasing views and building a voice.

Trends come and go. But your voice — your values, your experience, your way of seeing the world — that’s your long-term advantage.

So instead of asking, “What’s working right now?”

Start asking, “What’s worth saying right now?”

My teammate Peri Elmokadem shared this screenshot from a recent Semrush conference she attended — and I had to just stare at it for a minute.

I’ve known this shift has been happening… but seeing it mapped out like this really drove it home.

AI now plays a role in every stage of the customer journey — from the first “What’s the best brand for…?” to reviews and recommendations after purchase.

That’s huge. Because it means AI isn’t just helping people find answers — it’s shaping which brands get mentioned, whose content gets surfaced, and what people trust.

For creators, that means your content — your tutorials, podcast episodes, reviews, and opinions — could literally become the AI’s answer. Your authentic voice holds real influence.

For brands, it’s a wake-up call: how people describe you, review you, and talk about you when you’re not in the room could define how AI perceives (and presents) you.

The shift from SEO to AIO (AI Optimization) is already here.
It’s no longer just about ranking on Google — it’s about being referenced, trusted, and talked about across the web.

Authenticity, trust, and reputation are the new currency of visibility.

I had an amazing time chatting with Kyle Fuller on our VidSummit panel this year.

Hearing him speak about purpose, faith, and community was powerful and I’m so proud to share that he’s now officially joined Uscreen with the launch of The BBG Collective.

If you recognize the name, you’re not wrong. 

Kyle’s story spans multiple chapters - he’s a professional basketball player for Club Atlético Aguada in Uruguay’s top league, and a former standout point guard at Vanderbilt University. 

You might even know him from Netflix’s The Circle Season 6 & Battle Camp, where he connected with millions of viewers through honesty and heart.

With over 2.6M followers across social media, Kyle has built a global community through his lifestyle and affirmation-based content, even becoming an Amazon bestseller with his viral affirmation series.

But what stands out most isn’t what Kyle’s achieved, it’s what he’s chosen to build next.

After losing his father, Kyle watched his mother walk through her healing alone - an experience that reshaped how he viewed strength, vulnerability, and connection.

To help others, he began sharing his journey and teachings online, but realized that healing required more than a feed or a comment thread.
It needed a community that felt safe. A space where women could connect, heal, grow, and rediscover themselves with grace.
