With over 20 years of experience as a senior user Experience Designer, Product Designer, and Product Manager, I have a passion for creating user-centric products and services that solve real problems and deliver value. I have a substantial background in user research, information architecture, visual design, prototyping, usability testing, and user interface design for native, web, and platform-based applications. In my latest role, I brought user-centered design to the forefront of product and company development through education, collaboration, and advocacy. I worked with the design team to create a formal design library of UI elements and patterns and UX experiences to ensure consistency and quality throughout the development process. I also collected and interpreted user data through user interviews and data analytics, wireframed and annotated solutions, and created high-fidelity mocks of the final product for senior leadership and clients. As a certified PMQ and SAFe Agilist, I liaise with the development and production teams to ensure optimal user experience and alignment with the business goals and vision.
