Master Plumber/Gas Fitter with 34 years experience in commercial, residential and industrial plumbing. I currently carrying the master plumbing license for the hospital. As Chief Building Engineer, Supervisor I am responsible for the day to day operation of the maintenance department including daily safety meetings and supervising 13 staff members assuring that they are up to date on training and safety compliance, work order and preventive maintenance completion while also taking care of my own maintenance requests and PMs, including fire alarm, fire suppression systems, plumbing, tv trouble shooting and replacement, and any other task that may be requested or that I may find that needs immediate attention.
