Rob has been the business owner of CloudKonnect since 1998. He has over 25 years of experience helping businesses with their technology, from IT support, managed services, to cloud based subscription software, and now business systems. He now helps businesses start with the end in mind. From getting domain names, setting up a website, getting emails and document tools up and running, to client nurturing with a CRM (Customer Relationship Management), creating proposal and contracts to web based phones system – all of which work together seamlessly, to take the pain out of technology, and have a full business system that just works. Rob’s passion is to help people work anywhere, anytime and from any device by systemising their business which allows the business owner the freedom to step away from the day to day running of their business, so they can spend more time working ON their business. Rob’s role has now evolved to becoming a SYSTEMologist which means he can continue to focus on helping business owners systemise in an easy and simple way through the 12 week Concierge Program, which simply means Rob is your personal Concierge and he does all the hard work of documenting your company’s systems, with just a little bit of help from you, the business owner.
