My role as a Solutions Consultant, involved providing comprehensive pre-sales support to the Business Development teams in order to aid new client acquisition. I also provided pre-sales support to the Commercial team to help develop existing key accounts and increase overall team efficiency and knowledge through working with the Client Services teams to understand best practices and with the Product and Platforms teams to understand how the platform infrastructure and solutions operate at a technical level.

Key responsibilities included:
• Providing consultative insight into the application of Maxymiser’s product suite to meet business challenges 
• Produce industry sector specific demo sets showcasing best practice and Maxymiser services expertise and technology advantage
• Manage the production of responses to RFPs and RFIs
• Responsible for providing technical feedback from the market to Product Marketing regarding product functionality and market/customer demands
• Liaison with Product Managers and Development to understand the product roadmap and communicate to sales teams
• Input into continuous improvement of both sales presentation decks & collateral and sales process & methodology

As a Senior DPM I was responsible for coordinating all parties to ensure the complete and on-time delivery of all activity defined in a clients optimisation roadmap.

Focussing on an industry aligned portfolio of Media and Publishing clients to ensure the effective delivery of campaign activity. The role involved:
• Guide new clients through on-boarding for Business Processes
• Developing effective business relationships with clients
• Coordinate regular client communication and meetings
• Report/manage client resource consumption and production output against contract
• Mentor and train team members
• Raise and manage all issues to resolution

Senior Digital Project Manager

Working as part of the Client Services team the role entailed being responsible for delivering Maxymiser's market leading conversion optimisation technologies and services to some of the biggest names on the web. Working closely with Optimisation Consultants and an in-house Technical team the AM helps to drive online conversion performance for clients through A/B and  multivariate testing campaigns.

As the primary point of contact I owned the client relationship from the point of contract signature right through the annual renewal of their business.

While being involved with clients from C-Level executives to marketers and technical teams the role requires the Account Manager to excel at the following:
• Lead project manager for the effective delivery of testing to a portfolio of clients
• Develop effective business relationships with existing clients
• Identify new business opportunities with existing clients and generate additional revenue from your portfolio
• Train clients in the use of our online User Interface and providing on-going support

The role entailed managing a portfolio of Enterprise accounts. Working closely with both the clients and Investis production and development teams to deliver new and existing applications as well as providing support, advice and technical knowledge.

The role entailed management of the company's website, liaising with the MD and suppliers to establish product lines and the way that they should be marketed to the consumer.
