a) To contribute to the achievement of YouLead Summit fundraising strategy plan through the delivery of fundraising and supporter engagement activities including mailings, supporter news, and events.
b) To update YouLead digital platforms and support the production of communications to engage people about YouLead conferences, workshops, and fundraising work 
c) To manage and develop the use of the donor database to enable effective extraction and segregation of data
d) To supervise volunteers and support with volunteer coordination to expand opportunities for supporters to raise funds for YouLead and contribute their time usefully to the organization
e) To maintain the photo library and coordinate the selection of visuals for YouLead communications and publications

a) Suggest innovative ideas in brainstorming sessions
b) Provide assistance organization and execution of different events
c) Draft and design different type of PR content 
d) Edit and proofread press releases, videos, and presentations 
e) Build and maintain long-term relations with clients, media, local politicians, vendors etc.
f) Examine and document media coverage and track relevant PR metrics 
g) Maintain contact databases and mailing lists with updates
h) Create project-specific media lists to support PR team

International Coalition for the Responsibility to Protect

As the Project fellow I was responsible for the logistical oversight of regional events; this includes coordination of logistics for participants and speakers, oversight of materials needed for the conference such as venue selection and meeting supplies. Also I managed all financial records and relevant information for reporting and documentation purposes.

The African Court Research Initiative (ACRI) is a research think tank that approaches the study of justice in Africa in relation to its larger ecologies of justice. The study of the African Court is a study of the court in relation to its judicial, political, social and particularities of justice within African geographies of justice.

Research, documentation, preparation of bi-monthly e-news letter. Contribute to advocacy and publicity work for EACSOF. Handle logistical and other technical support to the forums' conferences, workshops and other activities. Preparation of periodic activity reports and other administrative tasks of EACSOF. Concept and proposal writing

-Research into Early warning mechanisms and systems for East African community situation room.
-Draft, coordinate and distribute timely reports to the situation room.
-Equipment installation and inventory.
-Manage the early warning situation room for the East African Community.
-Gathering and desimination on potential areas of conflict in the East African region.

a) I managed teams organizing the conference halls where Uganda Youth Forum annual activities were undertaken.

I derived my practical experience from working and representing a variety of organizations such as; The East African Community (EAC), Nyerere Centre for Peace Research (NCPR), East African Civil society Organizations Forum (EACSOF), International Coalition for Responsibility to Protect (ICRtoP), Pan African Lawyers Union (PALU) and currently with Polish State education institution; Maria Curie Sklodowska University (MCSU), etc.
