I quickly turned around operations, instituted best practices throughout the organization, and improved performance, revenues, and margin — ultimately promoted to manage 4 dining facilities generating >$3.5M in annual volume. * At Simson, I have been instrumental in streamlining operations and downsizing headcount to proactively adapt to projected manufacturing downturn from $5.5M to $4.5M in revenues, thus maintaining a 14% after-tax return on profit. Simultaneously turned around morale. * As General Manager with Aluminum Finishing, I spearheaded a complex industrial facility relocation, accomplishing everything from zoning change and permitting to remediation and reestablishing operations in less than 1 year while growing revenues by more than 50%.
