Started my first business using the Dropshipping method when I was 16 years old (2014-2015). I learned how to create a website and an online shop. Did pretty good but I was afraid to invest more and I stopped when I had a small profit. I got my first real job at 17 in a market shop. I was trying to earn some money for a vacation and my parents told me to get a job, and I did. I worked there for 1 month, made 800 RON (200 $) and went to Mamaia for a week. After high school II started studying Computer Science at West University in Timisoara. After the first year I realised how unprepared the teachers are and the fact that I will know nothing useful when I graduate. So I got a job at H&M as a sales representative. I was working also freelancing in marketing. I got an opportunity from West University to apply for a Start-Up Project and win 36,000 dollars. I started working on a business plan. Wrote it all by myself because I couldn't afford a consultant. I applied with my business plan and won the money to start my own Marketing agency. I had to respect 1000 different rules and most of my time was consumed by the start-up partners with useless papers and regulations. I was doing fine as an entrepreneur and then the pandemic came. It was pretty difficult and I had to work from home all the time. I worked from home the entire year and after I finished with the start-up project (January 2021) I decided I wanted a field job because I needed more action. In January I found a new job at Ascent Soft as a sales person and started working here. I am working hard and becoming better everyday. I am also in charge of marketing and I am Project Manager at the Innovation Hub we created at Ascent Soft. I am also founder of Lectiidesucces, a blog and Instagram page about self-improvement. I helped and convinced over 1000 people to start reading. I am writing blog articles about self-improvement, business, self-confidence and marketing. I wrote 2 ebooks, one about Instagram marketing and one about digitization and digitalization in business. I love writing and reading. I love helping people and supporting them. I want to have a team and help them develop. My main career goal is to become a leader/manager.
