- Provide administrative support for the prosecution team at the Auckland Prison (Paremoremo)
- Collect and prepare evidence support via witnesses, CCTV, BodyCam footage, etc. for cases. 
- Prepare court case paperwork for serving and court hearings. 
- Support all units of upcoming cases through cases processed and closed.

Prosecutions Support Officer

•	Deliver a welcoming, professional interface between Auckland Prison, visitors, community and other partners. 
•	Provide site security and safety by accurately recording site visitor entry.
•	Administrate visitor approval process, data entry, filing, and scheduling – private, legal, statutory, and specified. 
•	Routine interdepartmental communications with Unit Supervisors, Movements Officers, and the main Gatehouse for all visitors.
•	Registration and/or biometric enrolment for visitors to Auckland Prison inclusive of private, legal advisors, specified or statutory visitors, and staff. 
•	Supporting whanau/family connections via front line interactions.
•	Manage and process all visitors for the satellite units.

The primary emphasis of the certification program for Resistance Training Specialists is on exercise mechanics. This approach is founded on a comprehensive comprehension of the human body, including its distinct structure, range of motion capacity, and ability to withstand the stresses of weight-bearing exercises. 

As part of my responsibilities, I deliver lectures and hands-on practical sessions during the four-day RTS1 International Certification Course, which covers the fundamentals of exercise mechanics.

Provide personal training services in my fully equipped home gym. Our process involves a four-step process of an Interview, Evaluation, Program Strategy, and Program Progression.

We begin with a complimentary interview geared toward learning more about each other. This time is used to understand why you are interested in improving your Fitness & health and if the Ageless Fitness 100 Process is for you. We’ll take the time to determine if we are the right fit to help with your issues and goals.

The evaluation is used to determine what your current abilities and limitations are. To determine that will require us to evaluate your health & exercise history, body measurements, posture analysis, range of motion, and strength capabilities. This evaluation allows us to determine the safest and most effective exercises to use for your body structure. The goal is to determine where you are currently at in order to build a plan to lead us to where you want to get in a safe and progressive way.

With the information gathered during the evaluation we have a better understanding of two things, 1) what you can do, and 2) what you can’t do. By knowing this we can create a client-defined Custom-Fit Exercise® program to address limitations and progress strengths. We feel it is important to educate you about your body in order to help you gain a better understanding of the value of a strong muscular system to help you achieve a healthy and pain free life.

The process of program progression is continuous! The ultimate goal is to live a healthy, active, & pain free life by improving and maintaining muscular strength for the rest of your life. This requires constantly making adjustments to exercise in an appropriate and safe manner in order to help you get the most out of your body.

ARC Performance is a gym that caters to both outh and adult athletes and the general fitness enthusiast. I offered my coaching expertise with personal training, sports conditioning, and rehabilitation. I provided both indoor and outdoor Bootcamps and strength & conditioning classes. In addition, I hosted health and fitness lectures for the general public and provided continuing education for fitness professionals.

Manager of the CrossFit department (CAC CrossFit) within the club. Through planning, implementing, and evaluating systems I increased membership and lowered attrition rates. I developed an organization system for the coaches, revised the program structure, and provided expert customer care to reduce member turnover. I was responsible for new equipment recommendations and upgrading the center's equipment layout. Other responsibilities included programming of daily class workouts/WODS for members.
