Recruited and retained by Loxa Beauty to serve as acting CTO for the Loxa Beauty business unit. Drove the Loxa Beauty business from technology proof of concept to industry leading E-Commerce provider as acting CTO. Promoted to Managing Director over Loxa Beauty and then promoted to lead all E-Commerce for parent company Beauty Systems Group while maintaining all responsibilities associated with managing Loxa Beauty. Held full P&L responsibility for the two business units with a total of $40M in sales and 75% CAGR. Managed a 20-person distributed Agile team across four continents. Held responsibility for ROAS of a $2M annual digital marketing budget.
