After completing the Ph.D. in Computer Science I have gained considerable experience in areas of the software development, product and project management, complex algorithm development, business analysis, business development, as well as innovation and life sciences research. As a manager, my goal is to coach people around me to achieve their full potential and to establish an environment where everybody constructively, as well as responsibly contributes to the group objectives.
