The key duties/activities include:
Maintenance of the QMS
- Adopting the current QMS and maintaining the standards at both sites through a hands-on approach
- Conducting a full risk and Gap assessment on the system to ensure on gaps were produced from the absence of the quality manager.
Continuous Improvement
- From the Risk and Gap analysis, generating a full CI project to ensure the sites operating at a safe, legal and high quality level
