Create an omnichannel B2B, B2C or D2C commerce experience using a modern MACH based application, enabling you to build, run and scale your business the way you want.

In this role, I directed and oversaw the complete customer lifecycle, from optimizing lead generation initiatives and ensuring adequate quality of leads, to mentoring clients through onboarding and integration of the system. In addition, I liaised between clients and internal stakeholders, project managers, and product developers to communicate prospects’ pain points, vision, and desired strategy, helping the company to develop the best solutions. Also, I improved marketing performance and increased the company’s visibility through workshops and tradeshows, driving product sales.

• Secured $1.8M in sales by initiating and effectively conducting business development meetings with highly qualified senior executives.

• Developed a quantifying lead generation checklist to enable the success and efficiency of the lead representatives at the outsourced company.

• Improved automated ordering processes for clients like Hoover, Tandy Leather, and Winnebago, and facilitated their seamless and disruption-free migration from Magento, Big Commerce and Shopify.

We specialize in enabling brands and retailers to understand their customers, both in-store and online, by developing dynamic customer conversations that engage consumers and make customized recommendations. Our approach triples conversion rates and drives greater brand loyalty.

Here, I directed the sales department focused on moving this European startup into the US market, including recruiting, and training the first two sales consultants while conducting custom-tailored product demos. In this capacity, I devised agile marketing and sales strategies in response to key market trends. In close collaboration with the Marketing team, formulated the US GTM strategy, email marketing, social and media messaging, and phone tactics. Finally, I streamlined and optimized team performance by developing, implementing, and enforcing quality training materials, and drove success through data-driven decisions.

Sales Director - North America

In this capacity, I spearheaded all aspects of customer acquisition with great diligence and attention to detail by proactively focusing on establishing a solid, sustainable, and scalable foundation, and ultimately built a turnkey program. I researched, formulated, and implemented a software solution to adequately support sales and business operations. In addition, I developed training playbooks, sales strategies, Salesforce, and KPIs, and conducted professional development programming while hiring, onboarding, and mentoring Business Development and Account Executives teams to ensure congruency and consistency. I also cultivated third-party vendor relationships to ensure effective email, phone, and social media marketing strategies. Lastly, I destigmatized and mitigated legal risks around CDB and Medical Marijuana use by creating quality and informative Physical and Patient literature. 

• Quickly built a network of 200+ Licensed Medical Marijuana Physicians while leveraging industry insights to ensure their adherence to regulatory compliance.

• Achieved 84% renewal rate in expanding the base of patient subscribers to over 35,000 per year.

I transformed and realigned the business by producing record revenue growth through the implementation of customer-centric sales strategies, and by revamping Salesforce and website to improve digital workflow and optimized customer lifecycle.

• Increased revenue by 18% through effective sales playbook enforcement and establishing ambitious goals.

• Secured an additional $75k in sales by implementing a 12-week program designed to revitalize inactive prospects.

• Acquired high-profile logos such as YMI Jeans, Dolce & Gabbana, Frank Body, and Hippeas through close collaboration with BDR teams on opening up commerce leads.

Achieved 100% quota attainment for FY’ 2013 & 2014 & 2015.  FY’2013 ($592,000 Actual / $504,000 plan; 117%), 2014 ($882,000 Actual / $723,000 plan; 122%), 2015 ($972,000 Actual / $900,000 plan; 108%) 2016 ($1,200,000 Actual / $1,00,000 plan; 120%)  

•	Instrumental in the complete turnaround of under-performing sales team, increasing the average solution sales price, setting higher expectations and consistently exceeding quotas.
