-Leading the team during the Functionality round of testing
-Helping and teaching the team in the process of bug hunting, bug writing, database usage, platform usage and build deliveries
-Maintaining close communication with the client in order to fulfill any requests and answer questions
-Delivering Daily/Weekly and PSR reports to keep the client up to date with the project’s status
-Interacting daily with the Jira database, checking, searching and uploading issues on a regular basis
-Allocating the testers on different tasks and making sure that every aspect requested by the client is covered thoroughly
-Discussing with the client, continuously giving feedback and advice on the performed tasks, trying to improve the workflow as much as possible
-Assisting the team in using the tools necessary to detect and report the existing issues

Quality Assurance Team Lead

-Working on numerous AAA titles and being used to fulfill requests and meeting deadlines
-Multiple tasks consisting of General functionality testing, Regression, Compliance, Smoke tests and Checklist based testing on several platforms
-Reporting high number of issues in order to meet the target at the end of each week
-Providing accurate reproduction steps and attachments in order to be as clear as possible and avoid the possibility of the clients requesting additional information
-Paying high attention to the test cases during Compliance rounds and following the steps accurately to make sure that the results are marked accordingly and no false outcomes are reported
-Closely monitoring the project’s database and keeping myself updated with the bug statuses, providing more information if needed
