Since 1989, I have specialized in the financing of small businesses throughout California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Utah, & Colorado. . In additional to being the provider of small business loans (SBA), I personally obtained an SBA loan for the startup of Granite Arch Climbing Center, a large indoor rock climbing center in the Sacramento area. This experience of both starting a business and obtaining an SBA 7a loan gave me a borrower's perspective of what it takes to get financing. Most lenders are out of touch with their clients as they have never sat on that side of the table.
