Schwindt is also responsible to develop and implement the overall project strategy and execution for Oakpointe’s other master planned community Lakepointe Urban Village in Covington, WA.

Schwindt brings 25+ years of construction and development experience, coming to Tarragon after owning and operating Yellow Iron Construction, a general contractor specializing in all aspects of site development. Schwindt will focus on project plan management for future multi-family and master planned residential developments.

Robert Schwindt is the President of Yellow Iron Construction, Inc. located in Monroe, WA.  Yellow Iron Construction, Inc. is a licensed General Contractor specializing in Earthwork, Utilities, Concrete flatwork, and Landscaping.  Robert’s professional experience started in 1991 when he started his first of several companies in different industries.  His proficiency includes but not limited to comprehensive construction management, design team management, estimating, value engineering, and constructability review.  Robert’s responsibilities include allocating assets, project execution, job costing, reviewing financial statements,  business development, safety, and long term strategic planning.
