Even though I'm changing my headline, it's still true - I'm Someone Providing In-Database Analytic Answers with Value using any Tool that gets it done. I know where the data comes from - my roots are in the field. I've rung it up and put it in the bag - and then I've analyzed millions of bags to give business insights they can act on. My latest title is Data Scientist, but my whole career has been spent finding, learning, and applying whatever tools I can to add value - to my employer OR my client. My identified strengths from StrengthsFinder 2.0 are Learner, Input, Analytical, Intellection, and Individualization. While I know I have additional strengths, I am quite happy with the results of the assessment. Over my career, I have always focused on learning new things and applying that new knowledge in a practical way to add value wherever I've been working. In any way I can, I have always sought to share my knowledge and help others develop.
