I love the ambiguous "lets build the bike while we're riding it" type of work. Its engaging, empowering, and straight up fun to work collaboratively on building something new. I also am a bit of a meme connoisseur, and love a good .gif. I have a natural curiosity and analytical mindset that provides out-of-the-box ideas, while maintaining deliverables. I treat people how they want to be treated. Leading with honesty, integrity, and empathy. While it might just be another day in the office for a recruiter, its a paradigm shifting phone call or email for a candidate. Its crucial to keep that in mind, be honest about the process, advise accordingly, and see the process through their eyes. But above all that- I am a father and husband.
