Senior enlisted Marine responsible for the maintenance, supply chain management, and operation of two radar systems, control consoles, and communication networks.  Managed and lead all personnel issues to include training, safety, and personnel administration for over 100 active duty and reserve Marines.

During two tours at Marine Corps Communication and Electronics School, I was trained in and carried out as part of my daily duties all aspects of instructional design, classroom instruction, e-learning, test design, and customer feedback functions.  As Chief Instructor I was responsible for a staff of four other instructors, courseware, and conduct of a three month class on electronics theory and troubleshooting.

Protocol Chief on the staff of Brigadier General Clifford Stanley, Commanding General of Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, 29 Palms, CA.  This was an additional stretch assignment outside of my usual Military Occupational Specialty (MOS).  In this assignment, I was responsible for all aspects of distinguished visitor’s itineraries, transportation, food, lodging, and attendance at special events.  These visitors included all levels of political leaders, flag officers of all branches of U.S. and foreign militaries, and their associated family members and staff.
