This is the motto of Studio 35, the entertainment brand I founded in 2018 as a small website that reviewed new movies, games and tv shows. Over the years it has expanded to YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & LinkedIn where we cover Film/TV/Gaming Reviews, Retrospectives, Video Essays & Making Of Documentaries as I migrated the brand to be a video/social media focused entertainments brand, all from our dedicated team of 3 writers, 3 voiceover artists and an editor.

•	Founded and runs entertainment brand Studio 35. Head of a team of writers, voice-over artists and an editor.
•	All social media and marketing work done by myself for all platforms. I publish up to four times daily on each platform using data insights to maximise the time to publish and the audience to publish to, totalling 40 scheduled social media posts across all four platforms. 
•	We have three YouTube channels, three Facebook pages, three Instagram profiles, three Twitter profiles, a merchandise store, an affiliatres store - and are of course on LinkedIn. You can also find us on Medium, Google Podcasts, Anchor and Spotify Podcasts. On all social media platforms we publish both breaking news and our video content.
•	Studio 35 has long-standing affiliates with Curiosity Stream, HTC, World of Warships, Fandango & Starz, and have worked with indie game publishers like Future Friends Games, Superhot Team & Nimble Giant Entertainment.

Founder & Editor in Chief at S35 Network

BMW Financial Services

•	Point of escalation for any BMW system issues, creation of new starters (this is none-RTA related but I performed it for the whole BMW campaign) for SEAL, FAMOS, BMW IT form creation and completion, VDI requests, B2B, updating Sharepoint, IDAS, Carmen and Caesar systems.
•	Using NICE to address any scheduling issues pertaining to on the day resource.
•	Trading schedules.
•	Calculating final employee balances, adding balances, adjusting balances.
•	Calculating changes to Resource for future dates based on scheduled FTE headcounts per team.
•	Using Intraday call figures to highlight lower/higher call periods.
•	Moving agents between teams when they join/leave.
•	Doublechecking absences – I used to book them myself but this process has been handed off to Managers - action any emails pertaining to on the day/future resource, use Time & Attendance to book Lateness/AWOL according to procedure, optimise Breaks & Lunches/make manual adjustments to them to improve coverage. 
•	Using Genesys systems to monitor/report back on SLA figures where required, provide positive feedback where achieved, ensure agents are adhering to correctly scheduled statuses, inform Managers of any Meetings/Trainings that need booking, highlight any concerns/feedback on Handle Time, Talk Time, Hold Time and Wait Time.
•	Using Supervisor WebStation to run occasional reports, investigate schedule issues when raised by Managers, book/remove annual leave, use the RTA function in conjunction with Genesys.

Real Time Analyst

arvato UK

•	Liaising with HR/Payroll/Team Managers/Campaign Ops Managers/T&Q and IT to ensure our role is performed to the best of our abilities with minimal lack of confusion through regular calibration meetings both formal and informal.
•	Adding/removing all contact centre employees to the employee database, the scheduling database & the telephony database.
•	Creating schedules (none forecast based) and holiday balances, booking absences/overtime/annual leave etc into it.
•	Running reports created by the Reporting department for productivity, attendance, adherence to schedules, sign in/out reports etc.
•	My work in this role transcended traditional WFP duties (utilizing my previous experience managing) as I worked with HR/Payroll/Training & Quality/Site Management in addition to reporting.
•	Handled the implementation of employees into/off the telephony system. Point of contact for escalations.
•	Exported data for Payroll
•	Booking of Trainings & Meetings.
•	400 employees were handled in this role by one other employee and I for several years before the team was expanded.

Business Intelligence Analyst

ZARA HOME

•	Asked to join the Management team as a Team Senior after 4 months as a CSR, such duties became: handling all issues to aid staff in their day to day roles both with customers and the client, ensuring all rules and procedures for Arvato and Zara.com were adhered to by staff, providing a go-to presence at all times when issues need bringing to staff, taking on daily checks of staff cases ensuring they were correctly done and aiding in the training of new recruits.
During the sales periods, call volumes are in their thousands daily, my role was to run the campaign hands on, getting agents on the calls, monitoring the quality, negotiating the breaks and lunches to maintain the service level, taking over the calls if it becomes too much for an agent, and recording absences and lateness for agents recording/development.
