My name is Roberta Luanda (in honor of the capital of Angola), I come from Brazil and I have a double degree in Industrial Engineering (from INSA Lyon and PUC-Rio). I currently live in Brussels, work at Audi where I am building up the future of mobility and creating impact as part of the Core team of Women@AudiBrussels. I am a volunteer at PWI (Professional Women International), Women Automotive, VW Meet Up and Rise and Lead Women. Having previously worked for different kinds of companies (Oil & Gas, IT SAP, Food, and Pharmaceutical), I gained a thorough understanding of various businesses and (working) cultures. Passionate about challenges, self development, gender balance, innovation, technology, mobility, diversity, inclusion, and traveling! I truly believe that we should be the change we want to see in the world and that we should live with a purpose, otherwise, what's the point of all of it? I am persistent to solve problems, adapting myself and promoting synergy/win-win principles. Curious, energetic, open minded, courageous, outgoing and absolutely ready to be the best version of myself. As a PWI Brussels volunteer, I co-organize the STEAM’s initiatives and also participate in all other initiatives (Mentoring, Women & Money, and Your Path). PWI gives me the opportunity to grow, share and empower other women. I am a frequent visitor of conferences about Women in Tech, Female Leadership, Mentoring and High Performance Coaching.
